Delivery Options & Times

Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days)

Cost: £4.99 (FREE on orders over £100)
Tracked delivery via Royal Mail, Evri, or other trusted couriers.
Orders placed before 2 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM ship the next working day.

Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

Cost: £9.99
On request Priority dispatch with tracked courier service.
Orders must be placed before 2 PM for same-day dispatch (Monday–Friday).

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship across all of the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands. Delivery to remote areas may take an extra day.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
